This programme focuses on organised, proactive selling. Tailored to dealer profit centres. We can deliver this training both externally and in-company.
Target audience
(Future) managers and employees with direct customer contact working in the Sales, Service or Parts department of a dealership. Per training we focus on one profit centre, to enable delegates to also learn from each other.
Result
After completing this training, participants have an increased understanding of and expanded skill sets regarding a variety of relevant topics. They are given tools to immediately realise improvements within their own working environment.
